Canceled my order without letting me know, now nothing to wear for event!

I placed an online order and received a confirmation email. I received no other correspondence. I watched for my package to arrive, but it didn't. I tracked it, and the tracking said that my order had been canceled! I contacted customer service, who said that they canceled it because that didn't have it in stock. Things happen, but an email letting me know would have been professional. Now I don't have anything to wear to my event!

Ok unless you return something

Returned a skirt in the packaging with tags, long story short I ordered two of the same style different size. Return the bigger size and it's taken over a month to get my refund which I had to dispute with Paypal. Paypal ruled I was right but I shouldn't have had to fight this much for $130.

Returns by mail takes forever and you have to call and dispute with PayPal

There is an issue with their system and PayPal Returns/Refunds. Returns by mail take forever and when PayPal is used, you don't always get your money back. Takes calling them a few times and or disputing with PayPal.

Due to the fact that it takes 4-6 weeks to get a refund using the return address that they pack with the delivery, I always chose to send back at cost to myself. However, here recently they closed a return location and did not provide a forwarding address to the USPS.

Now my items are sitting in Lawerenceville, GA waiting on god knows what. They won't return to me, they won't forward to the new return address. What a mess. Warning do not send to the following address

Chicos reverse logistics DC 2160 Breckinridge blvd Bldg 200 suite 250 Lawrenceville GA 30043.

I have called and written to Customer service chat and email and they provided the new address WHBM returns dept 815 Progress drive Winder GA 30680. But it seems it is too little too late as I explained that my packages are just sitting in a Post office in Lawrenceville.

I don't know what to do at this point. No one will help me.

Returned item. Did not give me credit in full

I bought two items I paid 74 dollar

I cid return bought items and not sized properly I retuned tgem to store

The cashier did not know to do the credit they gave me credit wrong. They made mistakes

Instead refund me the full amount paid on my credit card they made mistakes and gave me credit 30 percent less

I provided to Christina the info

Sge is not capable to understand I try to talk with others tgey are not trained dont have expierenced or capability to understand to credit my account to 74 dollar.

They credit my account only 50 dollar

Why cashiers are not trained ? Or expierenced ?

This is not right its totally a big mistake to pay 74 and refund only 50

Best customer service

Had a package stolen from my house. Customer service rep, Nicole F., went above and beyond. She immediately credited my account and sent the full order to me via express mail. I received my package in 2 business days. Nicole was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you Nicole and WHBM for giving such great service!!

I have had to create three different accounts because my first two have quit working. Either it will not show sizes or if it does and I add something to my cart, when I try to check out, my cats shows its empty. Also, when I try to enter a promo code, I end up with an error page. I have done online chats and have messaged several times and no one can explain this to me. When I call, I can make an order m, but who wants to call every time youre going to make a purchase. They need to fix their site!!!

I have been calling this company for two days. Customer service just doesnt answer the phone! If you have a problem with an order, the chat doesnt work either! Try emailing, thats useless as well. My issue has not been resolved Not worth it!

I had an order canceled the other day for what seems like no reason. The store didn’t call before canceling.

Then they took my fashion reward as well.

I am a long time loyal customer but am not happy with their customer service or their clunky website. Need to find a new place to shop.
