Ordered a gift for my cousin. The order said it would be there by the 6th.
On the 10th I messaged customer service (after not being able to track with my order # online) and was told they don't have the item and "were going to be emailing me they couldn't fill the order." I asked when I would have heard if I hadn't asked first. Don't put inventory online if you don't have it, and own up right away. I now have the awkward job of letting my cousin know the gift/package I ordered for her is not coming.
I have never had this issue from similar companies and am disappointed in my first (and last) order from this company. I will stick with my usual brands.
