I did not receive a purchase in time after having paid extra for it to be delivered by a certain date. I called twice to speak to someone live.
After being on hold the first time for 10 minutes I hung up. I called again the following day. After being on hold for 8 minutes, the call was picked up, but no one was there. I said Hello multiple times as I could hear background noise, but no one responded.
I resorted to the online customer service chat.
I was basically told by the rep that I was wrong and that I would not be refunded and then she ended the chat before I could respond.
Tough way to deal with customers! I have been a regular customer of theirs for years and I will re-think that going forward.
